OGraphLearn Terms of Use
Effective date: 25 July 2026
Last updated: 25 July 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to OGraphLearn, an educational and computer-based testing platform operated by OGraphLearn (“OGraphLearn”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using OGraphLearn, you agree to these Terms and the OGraphLearn Privacy Policy.
OGraphLearn is intended for users aged 9 years and above. Where required by law, a parent, guardian, or authorised school representative must review and accept these Terms for a child.
If you do not agree, do not use OGraphLearn.
2. Educational Purpose
OGraphLearn provides tools for:
- Computer-based tests and examinations.
- Question-bank and topic-based practice.
- Full-syllabus practice.
- AI-assisted question generation and explanations.
- Past-question practice.
- Results and performance analytics.
- Parent, teacher, and school participation.
- Study recommendations and progress monitoring.
OGraphLearn is a study-support platform. Unless expressly stated, OGraphLearn is not an official examination body, government agency, school accreditation body, or representative of JAMB, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or another examination authority.
References to examination names describe preparation categories and do not imply endorsement or partnership.
3. Account Eligibility and Registration
Users must provide accurate and current information.
You must:
- Keep login credentials confidential.
- Use only your own account.
- Notify us promptly about unauthorised access.
- Avoid sharing connection codes publicly.
- Maintain an accurate email address and contact information.
- Use the correct role and profile type.
We may reject, suspend, or disable an account containing false, misleading, unlawful, or unsafe information.
4. Children and Parent or School Authority
A parent, guardian, school, or administrator must only create, connect to, or manage a child’s account when legally authorised.
Parent access may depend on:
- A valid connection request.
- Student or school approval.
- Assigned permissions.
- The continued validity of the parent–student relationship.
A parent connection does not automatically grant unlimited access to all student information.
5. Free and Paid Services
OGraphLearn may offer free and paid plans.
The current plans, prices, durations, and daily usage limits are displayed on the pricing page and during checkout. The server-confirmed checkout amount controls the transaction.
A paid plan may provide access to:
- AI-generated question sets.
- Premium past questions.
- Stored premium explanations.
- Advanced analytics.
- Weak-topic recommendations.
- Full-syllabus and topic practice.
- Other plan-specific features.
Features described as “where supported” or “where available” may depend on the subject, examination, curriculum, device, provider availability, or current product release.
6. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions begin after successful payment verification and activation.
Subscription duration is calculated according to the purchased plan. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise OGraphLearn and its payment processor to charge the applicable renewal fee using your selected payment method. Renewal terms will be disclosed during checkout, and cancelling automatic renewal stops future charges without normally ending access before the current paid period expires.
When a subscription expires:
- The account returns to free entitlements.
- New AI generation may be disabled.
- New premium past-question requests may be disabled.
- Premium explanations may be restricted.
- Existing profile and result information will not be deleted merely because the subscription expired.
- A new payment may be required to restore premium access.
Buying a new plan before the current plan expires may extend access according to the checkout rules shown to the user.
7. Payments
Payments may be processed by Paystack or another disclosed payment processor.
Users authorise the payment processor to handle the information necessary to complete the transaction.
OGraphLearn determines the valid:
- Plan code.
- Price.
- Currency.
- Duration.
- Entitlements.
Client-supplied or manipulated amounts do not alter the amount owed.
A subscription is activated only after successful server-side payment verification.
8. Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, fees are generally non-refundable after a subscription has been activated or premium content has been used.
A refund may be considered where:
- A verified duplicate charge occurred.
- Payment succeeded but the subscription was not activated.
- OGraphLearn charged an incorrect server-confirmed amount.
- Applicable consumer law requires a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted to learning@ographstudio.com and must include the payment reference.
Approved refunds will be processed within seven working days. Bank, card-network, or payment-processor delays may affect when the funds appear.
9. Daily Usage Allowances
One AI question set contains ten questions.
Daily allowances depend on the active plan. Usage resets at 12:00 a.m. West Africa Time. Unused allowances do not roll over.
A request may reserve allowance while processing to prevent simultaneous requests from exceeding the plan limit.
A failed request should not consume an allowance where:
- The provider times out.
- The provider rejects the request.
- The response is invalid.
- No usable questions are produced.
- Storage or session creation fails.
Opening a stored explanation, retrying a saved session, or using suitable locally stored past questions does not constitute a new provider request.
Attempts to bypass usage limits through modified requests, simultaneous requests, multiple tabs, direct API calls, or other manipulation are prohibited.
10. Artificial-Intelligence Features
AI-generated questions, answers, explanations, grading, and recommendations may contain errors.
Users agree that:
- AI output is for learning assistance.
- AI output is not an official examination question or result unless separately verified.
- Users should check important content with a teacher or authoritative source.
- Examination success is not guaranteed.
- Users must not submit personal, confidential, harmful, or unlawful information in AI prompts or answers.
- OGraphLearn may store generated questions and explanations for reuse, safety, quality control, and cost management.
OGraphLearn may suspend AI features when a provider is unavailable or when safety, quality, cost, or legal concerns arise.
11. Past Questions and Third-Party Content
Some past-question content may originate from third-party providers or licensed sources.
Availability may depend on:
- The active subscription.
- Provider availability.
- Subject, year, and examination coverage.
- Answer verification.
- Licensing or attribution requirements.
- Administrative review.
OGraphLearn does not guarantee that every requested examination, subject, year, or topic is available.
Content that cannot be verified or that conflicts with an independent review may be withheld until approved.
Users must not extract, scrape, reproduce, resell, publish, or redistribute premium question collections except as expressly permitted.
12. Question Accuracy and Results
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate educational content, but errors may occur.
A score or recommendation may be affected by:
- Incorrect source content.
- Connectivity problems.
- Incomplete submissions.
- AI limitations.
- Timeouts.
- Device or browser issues.
- Open-ended grading limitations.
Users may report suspected incorrect answers, explanations, classifications, or scoring.
OGraphLearn may correct content without preserving an incorrect version for future attempts.
13. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Access another person’s account or results.
- Impersonate another person or role.
- Share or sell account credentials.
- Bypass subscription or usage restrictions.
- Manipulate scores, rankings, points, payments, or referrals.
- Submit malicious code, links, or files.
- Scrape or bulk-download protected content.
- Copy or redistribute premium questions.
- Harass students, parents, teachers, or staff.
- Upload personal information about another person without authority.
- Use the service for cheating during a live examination.
- Interfere with the platform’s security or availability.
- Reverse-engineer protected features except where legally permitted.
14. Public Quizzes, Messages, and User Content
Users may be allowed to create quizzes, submit public content, send messages, or contribute questions.
You retain ownership of eligible original content you create, but grant OGraphLearn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, moderate, adapt for display, and provide that content through the service.
You confirm that submitted content:
- Is original or lawfully authorised.
- Does not violate copyright or privacy rights.
- Does not contain personal information unnecessarily.
- Is not misleading, harmful, abusive, or unlawful.
Public content may be reviewed, rejected, suspended, or removed.
15. Intellectual Property
The OGraphLearn name, interface, software, branding, original content, databases, and platform design are owned by or licensed to OGraphLearn.
These Terms grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use OGraphLearn for lawful educational purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to the user.
Third-party examination names, provider content, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Schools, Teachers, and Administrators
Schools and staff must:
- Use the platform only for authorised educational activities.
- Protect student information.
- Keep class and account records accurate.
- Avoid granting unnecessary permissions.
- Remove access when a staff member leaves.
- Obtain required parent or student notices and permissions.
- Ensure uploaded questions are lawful and appropriate.
Administrative access must not be used for unauthorised monitoring or disclosure.
17. Service Availability
We aim to keep OGraphLearn available, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Features may be delayed or unavailable because of:
- Maintenance.
- Network or hosting failures.
- Payment-provider outages.
- AI-provider outages.
- Past-question-provider outages.
- Security incidents.
- Legal or licensing concerns.
- Events outside our reasonable control.
We may update, suspend, replace, or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when a user:
- Violates these Terms.
- Creates a security or safety risk.
- Uses fraudulent payment information.
- Manipulates usage or results.
- Infringes intellectual-property rights.
- Harms another user.
- Uses OGraphLearn unlawfully.
Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.
Users may request account closure by contacting learning@ographstudio.com.
19. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law:
- OGraphLearn is provided on an “as available” basis.
- We do not guarantee examination success, admission, certification, or a particular score.
- Practice questions may not reproduce the exact questions used in an official examination.
- Recommendations are educational suggestions, not professional counselling.
- AI-generated and third-party content may contain errors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OGraphLearn and OGraphLearn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Any limitation must be applied consistently with mandatory consumer-protection and other applicable laws.
This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.
21. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, users responsible for unlawful or unauthorised use agree to indemnify OGraphLearn against reasonable claims, costs, and losses resulting from that violation.
This obligation does not apply to losses caused by OGraphLearn’s own unlawful conduct.
22. Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by the OGraphLearn Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, commercial, or product changes.

Before beginning formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through written communication.
Subject to applicable consumer rights, unresolved disputes will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
